SV 50/200
SV 50/200
The SV 50/200 from the METRUS SV series is a safety valve test bench designed for safety valves and flanged valves from DN 10 up to DN 200, used for testing and adjustment processes in production, service, and maintenance environments.
The system supports testing with compressed air / nitrogen (up to 600 bar) as well as optionally high-pressure water testing, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial safety valve testing and quality assurance applications.
The system uses two or three adjustable clamping claws depending on the valve geometry, ensuring stable positioning during testing. A safety interlock prevents clamp release while pressure is present in the system.
Pressure regulation is controlled via METRUS precision needle valves, while multiple measurement points allow the parallel use of reference gauges and pressure sensors.
As part of the METRUS safety valve test bench series, this system provides reliable, repeatable, and flexible testing processes for industrial applications.
For larger safety valves up to DN 400, the SV 50/400 is also available within the same platform.
