The leakage calculator
We as valve test bench experts offer you a free PC app, which will do the calculation for you. The application allows you to carry out a standard-compliant calculation of the permissible leakage of shut-off and control valves according to EN 60534 and EN 12266 for all leakage classes.
App Settings
The default setting of the app contains the physical parameters for water and air, as well as the pressure unit “bar” and the KvS value. Experts who want to check and count on other medias or use Cv/PSI instead of KvS / bar can adjust all relevant parameters in the settings. Changes are only activated via the “Save” button. With “Load standard” you reset the settings to the default state.
