Laser-Bubble-Counter Stand alone
Laser Bubble Counter – Precision Leak Testing for Valves
The METRUS Laser Bubble Counter is a high-precision system for valve leak testing in accordance with international standards.
It is designed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability of leakage testing for safety valves, control valves, and shut-off valves in production and quality assurance.
Measurements are displayed in bubbles per minute or per hour, enabling precise detection of even the smallest leaks. This makes the system an ideal valve leak tester, bubble leak tester, or digital bubble testing device.
Relevant testing standards:
- API 527 (safety valves)
- EN 60534-4 / ANSI FCI 70-2 (control valves)
- EN 12266 (shut-off valves)
Function and operation
The system is supplied with three precision measuring tubes, allowing easy adjustment of the correct water level.
Operation is managed via an intuitive touchscreen interface. Measurement duration and delay time can be individually configured, ensuring maximum flexibility for different testing scenarios.
