The METRUS Full CRS (Computer Registration System) is a professional test bench software designed for digital data acquisition, evaluation, and documentation of test results.
Compared to the Free CRS version, it offers advanced capabilities such as database integration, multi-channel measurement, and custom configuration for complex industrial testing processes.
It is ideally suited for valve testing, leakage testing, and pressure testing applications.
Advanced Features for Industrial Testing
The system supports up to 8 sensors simultaneously, enabling precise and reliable data acquisition.
Leakage calculations are performed according to international standards such as:
- EN 60534-4
- EN 12266
Typical test procedures include:
- Body pressure testing
- Seat leakage testing
- Safety valve set pressure testing
- Differentiation between pop pressure, opening pressure, and closing pressure
All measurement data is recorded in real time and visualized on an industrial touchscreen PC.
