The BV series from METRUS is specifically designed for efficient testing of butterfly valves in serial production environments.

In contrast to universal test benches, BV test systems enable significantly reduced setup times, higher repeatability, and secure clamping even for large nominal diameters.

The systems are designed for different pressure ranges and clamping forces, covering a wide spectrum of valves up to DN 800. Thanks to their robust construction, closed water circulation systems, and high-quality components, the test benches are ideally suited for continuous industrial operation.

Depending on the configuration, water and air pressure tests as well as visual seat leakage inspections can be performed efficiently.
