The METRUS SVM series comprises compact and high-performance mobile valve test benches designed for flexible use in workshops, service environments, or directly on-site. These systems enable precise pressure, leak, and functional testing of safety valves and fittings under realistic operating conditions.

The mobile valve test benches cover a clamping range from DN 10 up to DN 400 (3/8” to 16”), depending on the model, and are suitable for both small and medium-sized valves. They are primarily used for set pressure adjustment, seat leakage testing, and functional verification after maintenance or repair.

A key advantage of the SVM series is its combination of mobility and high testing accuracy. The systems operate with externally supplied test media such as compressed air or nitrogen and support pressure testing up to 600 bar. Precise pressure control is ensured by METRUS precision needle valves, providing stable and repeatable test conditions.

The robust design with manual quick clamping systems, adjustable clamping claws, and optional extensions such as upper beams or water testing systems allows flexible adaptation to various testing requirements. Integrated bubble counters and optional leak detection systems support reliable evaluation of valve tightness.
