SVM 4/100 C
The mobile test bench SVM 4/100 C is specifically designed to test flanged valves up to a nominal diameter of DN 100 / 4". The valve is clamped onto the clamping point using two adjustable clamping claws, which can be height-adjusted depending on the flange size. The clamping force is usually applied by manually tightening the clamping screws. If the sealing force is insufficient, the clamping force can be increased using a tool on the hexagonal head of each clamping screw.
The test medium used is compressed gas supplied from external compressed gas cylinders or compressors. The test pressure is precisely regulated via the METRUS precision needle valves on the 2-way valve head. The pressure at the 2-way valve head is displayed on a pressure gauge integrated into the front panel.
The measuring devices are connected via two parallel quick connectors (G½") located on the top of the housing. These parallel connections allow the simultaneous use of a pressure sensor or a comparison gauge in addition to the measuring gauge.
Optionally, a bubble counter mounted on a separate stand can be used for leak testing. It is connected to the valve outlet via an air hose and a rubber plug. The precise adjustment of the test pressure is achieved using the specially developed METRUS precision needle valves, ensuring maximum accuracy and reliability during testing.
