SVM 4/100

The SVM 4/100 is a mobile safety valve test bench designed for testing valves with DIN and ASA/ASME flanges up to DN 100 (4”). This compact valve test bench is particularly suited for flexible service operations and workshop applications in the lower diameter range.

The manual clamping system with adjustable clamping claws allows easy adaptation to different flange sizes.

The system operates with externally supplied gas (compressed air or nitrogen) or optionally with water and enables pressure testing up to 600 bar. Precise pressure control is ensured via METRUS precision needle valves.

An integrated bubble counter supports reliable leak testing during operation.

The SVM 4/100 is based on the same platform as the SVM 4/250, but has been specifically optimized for compact valve sizes and mobile service applications up to DN 100.
