SVM 4/100
The mobile test bench SVM 4/100 is specifically designed for testing valves with DIN and ASA flanges up to a nominal diameter of DN 100 / 4". The test specimen is clamped using two adjustable clamping claws, which can be height-adjusted depending on the flange size. The clamping force is typically applied manually by tightening the clamping screws. If additional sealing force is required, the clamping force can be increased using a tool on the hexagonal head of each screw.
The test medium used is pressurized gas supplied from external gas cylinders or compressors. The test pressure is regulated using precision needle valves located on the valve head. The pressure at the valve head is displayed on a primary pressure gauge (M2) integrated into the front panel.
The test pressure gauge is connected via Metrus manometer quick connectt fittings located at the top of the control panel. These parallel connectors allow the simultaneous use of a pressure sensor or comparison gauge in addition to the standard test pressure gauge.
A bubble tester is mounted on the side of the control panel, which is connected to the valve outlet via an air hose and a rubber plug. This system ensures precise leak detection and facilitates reliable valve testing.
