SVM 4/250
The SVM 4/250 is a mobile safety valve test bench designed for testing valves with DIN and ASA/ASME flanges up to DN 250 (10”). This system extends the application range of the proven SVM platform to larger valve sizes and wider diameter ranges.
The robust clamping system with adjustable clamping claws ensures secure positioning even for larger valves.
The system operates with externally supplied gas (compressed air or nitrogen) or optionally water and enables pressure testing up to 600 bar. Precise pressure control is ensured via METRUS precision needle valves.
An integrated bubble counter enables reliable leak testing during operation.
The SVM 4/250 is based on the same platform as the SVM 4/100, but has been designed for applications involving larger valves up to DN 250.
