SVM 20/400
SVM 20/400
The SVM 20/400 is a mobile safety valve test bench designed for testing valves up to DN 400 (16”). The system extends the mobile testing capabilities of the SVM series into larger valve sizes and wider diameter ranges.
With a clamping force of up to 20 tons and a clamping system with automatic load compensation, this valve test bench ensures secure and even positioning even for large safety valves.
The system operates with externally supplied gas (compressed air or nitrogen) or optionally water and enables pressure testing up to 600 bar. Precise pressure control is ensured via METRUS precision valve technology.
Due to its mobile design, this PSV test bench is particularly suited for service applications where large safety valves must be tested flexibly and efficiently.
The SVM 20/400 is based on the same platform as the SVM 20/200, but has been specifically designed for applications involving larger valves up to DN 400. The SVM 20/400 model is also available as WEB-EDITION. With basic equipment, the delivery time is only 4 weeks.
