MPU 600 – Mobile High-Pressure Testing Unit for Valves and Pipelines

The MPU 600 is a mobile high-pressure testing unit designed for pressure testing of valves, fittings, pipelines, and pressure vessels, especially in cases where components cannot be easily installed into a stationary test bench.

Typical applications include on-site pressure testing, maintenance operations, and testing of installed or non-transportable components.

The system enables high-pressure testing directly at the point of use, either with water via the integrated pump or with gas via an external pressure source. Depending on the configuration, test pressures of up to 1000 bar are possible.

This makes the MPU an ideal mobile high-pressure test device or transportable pressure controller for industrial applications.
