SVM 20/200
SVM 20/200
The SVM 20/200 is a mobile safety valve test bench designed for testing valves from DN 10 up to DN 200 (8”). The system has been specifically developed for industrial service and maintenance applications requiring flexibility and high mechanical stability.
With a clamping force of up to 20 tons, this valve test bench provides robust and secure positioning for various valve sizes within the medium diameter range.
The system operates with externally supplied gas (compressed air or nitrogen) or optionally water and enables pressure testing up to 600 bar. Precise pressure control is ensured via METRUS precision valve technology.
Thanks to its compact and mobile design, this safety valve test bench is ideally suited for mobile workshops, service operations, or centralized testing stations.
The SVM 20/200 is based on the same proven platform as the SVM 20/400, but has been specifically optimized for more compact valve sizes up to DN 200. The SVM 20/200 model is also available as WEB-EDITION. With basic equipment, the delivery time is only 4 weeks.
