SV 36/150 Lift
SV 36/150 Lift
The SV 36/150 Lift safety valve test bench from the METRUS SV series is designed for testing and adjustment of safety valves up to DN 150.
It is used for set pressure testing, seat leakage testing, and post-repair verification of safety valves. The hydraulic clamping system ensures secure fixation of the test specimen using 2 or 3 adjustable clamping claws. A clamping force adjustment by the operator is not necessary due to the used METRUS automatic sealing heads.
A stepless electric height adjustment of the clamping table makes this test bench very operator friendly with a focus onto the working ergonomic during the valve adjustment.
The system operates with air or nitrogen up to 300 bar, enabling precise control of set pressure conditions. A laser-based bubble detection system provides high-accuracy leak visualization during testing.
Pressure regulation is performed via precision needle valves, ensuring stable and repeatable test conditions.
As part of the METRUS safety valve test stand portfolio, the SV 36/150 Lift is designed for safety valve manufacturers and maintenance workshops requiring precise and safe valve testing operations.
