The CSV 280/600 from the METRUS CSV series is a specialized valve test bench for control valves, including mixing and diverting valve configurations. It also supports straight-through valve testing.
Testing multi-port valves requires complex media routing and high structural stability. The CSV 280/600 is designed with a reinforced frame and high-capacity clamping system capable of handling large and heavy valve assemblies.
The system supports different test media for both body and seat leakage testing, enabling flexible adaptation to industrial testing requirements. All functions are operated via a central control system for precise process management.
The test bench is designed for large-scale industrial applications where complex valve geometries must be tested reliably and safely.
As part of the METRUS CSV valve test bench series, it provides a robust solution for advanced valve testing applications.
