CSV 100/400 (Heavy Duty Control Valve Test Bench) 

The CSV 100/400 from the METRUS CSV series is a heavy-duty control valve test bench designed for large valves with nominal diameters from DN 15 (½”) up to DN 400 (16”). It enables precise body and seat testing under high mechanical and pressure loads.

Testing large valves requires high clamping forces, stable structure, and precise pressure control. The CSV 100/400 is engineered with a reinforced clamping system capable of handling up to 1000 kN (approx. 100 tons), ensuring secure fixation of heavy valve assemblies.

Test pressure is precisely controlled via METRUS precision needle valves and monitored through integrated measurement systems, ensuring repeatable and safe test conditions.

The system supports both hydraulic and pneumatic testing depending on application requirements.

As part of the METRUS CSV valve test bench series, it is designed for demanding industrial environments where reliability, safety, and long-term stability are critical.
