Ease of Use and Automated Job Management

Our ATBs are characterized by their ease of use: The test bench is manually loaded and unloaded, the appropriate data set is selected, and the testing process is started with the push of a button. After the test, the operator is immediately presented with the meaningful results. One advantage of an automatic test bench over an analog one is the automatic management of production orders. By integrating barcode scanners or other systems, order data can be quickly and directly captured. During the testing process, the system then manages the orders: It automatically records which test item has passed and which has not – all without manual intervention.

Optionally, customer-specific test reports are generated in common file formats such as "CSV" or "XML," ensuring you always have complete and accurate test records.

From Standalone Solution to Fully Integrated Automation

Our ATBs can not only be operated as standalone units but, thanks to their modern control systems, can easily be integrated into existing manufacturing environments. What started as a standalone solution becomes an integral part of a complete automation concept. In close collaboration with our customers, we develop customized solutions that seamlessly integrate the test bench as part of a fully automated production line. For example, robots can be used to load and unload the test bench and communicate with our control system.

For every type of data generated during the testing process, the ATB provides a central interface. Data can be read and written, for instance, via OPC/UA, in common file formats, or through SQL databases. The ATB ensures that your production always has access to the necessary, up-to-date data in a simple, flexible, and efficient manner.
