Using work shop air for high pressure air tests

When to choose an internal booster?
Utilizing a gas booster the high pressure air option generates up to 600 bar air pressure out of 6 bar workshop air supply. Via a dedicate gauge and regulator the pressure level inside the pressure vessel is adjusted to suit your specific upcoming test needs. A two level security system protects the 5 Liter pressure vessel from ever being overcharged. Different to solutions commonly found within the business branch METRUS does not use cheap bladder accumulators because by manufacturers specs those are only permitted to be used with 99,9 percent pure Nitrogen. METRUS only uses dedicated high pressure vessels, certified to be used for air.

All components of the internal high air pressure option are integrated into the test benches itself. Internal high pressure air is for sure the most compact source of high pressure, not requiring any additional space beside the test bench itself. The purely pneumatic solution can be used anywhere where 6 bar air supply can be made available
