Maintenance free evacuation system

Besides creating extraordinary high test pressure in a safe manner, testing with water shall deliver the safety valves performance on fluid services. Due to the upward filling an air lock remains under the seat that will vent with the first setting of the valve. Consequently the first test is an air test, not a water test. To avoid such first air tests an optional, maintenance free evacuation system should be integrated into your SV test bench. Within a first step the volume under the seat is evacuated for the second step to completely fill the valve at once making the first test a true water test already.
