Have you ever tried to follow an expert on the phone, trying to tell you what button to click or what field to fill in ? Well, it is possible but it is not efficient. Especially if both do not speak the same mother language. To assist in a most efficient way, METRUS offers remote desktop support via Team Viewer 8. Please do get in touch with us to schedule a remote session.
Depending on the browser used, clicking the link above will offer you to run… or save… the client application (MS Internet Explorer) or to just save it. If you expect to require further remote desktop support in the future, feel free to save the file to your computer and run it from there whenever needed.

Remark: to get support with your METRUS application run TeamViewer on the same computer where the METRUS application is installed!
